ONE DAY AND ONE NIGHT JEEP TOUR PLUS ONE HOURS CAMEL TREK HALF WAY BACK FROM THE CAMP TO THE VILLAGE

This tour offers the best of both worlds – a day and a night in the desert – for those with a limited amount of time but a hankering to sleep under the stars this is the tour for you.

  1. Meet and Greet in Rum Village.
  2. Travel through Wadi Rum to Lawrence’s Spring.
  3. From here we will visit Khazali Canyon, an iconic feature in Wadi Rum.
  4. From here we will head East and take time to visit the large red dune of Wadi Umm Ishrin.
  5. View the Nabataean inscriptions at Jebel Anafishiya.
  6. Desert tour to Lawrence’s House.
  7. Off to the amazing Abu khashabah Canyon – Craving a closer look, hiking the canyon is optional. Lunch in the canyon.
  8. Next, we will have a chance to view two amazing naturally formed rock bridges, the first we will visit is Jebel Burdah. The second rock bridge is Um Frouth, this is a natural rock bridge is similar to Burdah Bridge but only takes ten minutes to climb and has a height of 20m.
  9. Our last site before we turn towards the camp is a popular rock formation known as the chicken rock because of its unusual shape, which visitors claim looks like a chicken.

Breakfast the following morning before embarking on a two-hour camel trek back to Rum Village-meeting place.

THREE DAY JEEP, HIKING AND CAMEL EXPERIENCE

DAY 1

  1. Meet and Greet in Rum Village.

DAY 2

  1. After breakfast, the tour continues to Jebel Hash – a long ridge located approximately one hour away from Rum Village.
  2. Climb the mountain – an easy climb.
  3. 3-4 hour walk along the ridge.  Spectacular views of the nature reserve and Saudi Arabia can be seen from this location.
  4. After descending the mountain, lunch will be served.
  5. Return to star light Camp for the sunset and dinner.
  6. The night will be spent in the camp.

DAY 3

  1. Breakfast before setting off on camelback.
  2. 4-5 hours camel trek through new areas.
  3. Lunch along the way.
  4. Return to the meeting place.
